We calculate pay, prepare payslips and report pay data to the Incomes Register (tulorekisteri, the national pay-data register used by the authorities). Pay is right and filings are on time.
In payroll, an employee's net pay is calculated from their gross pay: tax is withheld according to their tax card (verokortti), and the employee's earnings-related pension and unemployment insurance contributions are deducted. The amount of pay depends on the employment contract and the applicable collective agreement (TES).
For every payment of wages, the employer reports the details to the Incomes Register (tulorekisteri), as a rule no later than the fifth calendar day after the payment date. In addition, the employer reports and pays the withheld tax and the employer's health insurance contribution to the Finnish Tax Administration (Verohallinto) every month.
For every payment of wages, the employee receives a payslip showing the basis of the pay and the deductions.
Who is the service for? For employers with one or more employees who want wages and reports handled on time.

Do you also handle the owner's own salary?
Salary paid to a shareholder of a limited company (osakeyhtiö, Oy) is processed in payroll like any other salary. A sole trader (toiminimi) does not draw a salary but takes money from the business account for personal use (a private withdrawal, yksityisotto).
