Setting up as a sole trader
We file the start-up notification for a sole trader (toiminimi) and the necessary tax registrations. We also tell you when you need self-employed persons' pension insurance (YEL).
Forming a limited company
We draw up the memorandum and articles of association and register the limited company (osakeyhtiö, Oy) in the Trade Register and the tax registers. The company comes into existence once it is entered in the Trade Register.
Choosing a company form
We compare a sole trader (toiminimi), a limited company (osakeyhtiö) and other company forms in terms of tax, liability and administration. You get a well-founded view of which form suits you.
Company structure planning
We map out your ownership and companies and describe alternative structures and their tax effects. Changes can then be made in a planned way, for example before a new shareholder joins or the business is sold.
Holding structure
We assess whether it makes sense for you to set up a holding company, i.e. a company that owns the shares of your operating company. If it does, we set it up and handle the notifications.
Profitability and cash flow
We analyse your bookkeeping figures to show where your profit comes from and whether there is enough money for payments at the right time. You get a cash flow forecast and clear findings on what to improve.
Budgeting and financial planning
Together with you we prepare a budget and cash flow forecast for the coming period and compare the actual figures against them. You see in advance whether funding is sufficient and whether to hire or invest.
