Dealings with authorities
We prepare with you for an occupational safety and health inspection (työsuojelutarkastus) and gather the documents in advance. Afterwards we help you fix any shortcomings and report the corrections by the deadline.
Occupational safety inspection
In an occupational safety and health (työsuojelu) inspection, the inspector looks at how the employer meets its statutory obligations. The inspection may cover, for example, working hours, pay, occupational health care, risk assessment or the use of foreign labour.
An inspection report is drawn up after the inspection, and it may contain guidance or obligations. These come with a deadline by which the employer must correct the shortcomings and report the corrections.
Who is the service for? Employers who have an occupational safety and health inspection coming up or have received an inspection report.
