PRH / company register matters
The Finnish Patent and Registration Office (PRH) maintains the Trade Register (kaupparekisteri). It records a business's basic details, such as its name, registered office, sector, board and rights to sign for the company, as well as limited companies' financial statements (tilinpäätös).
When a business's details change, a notification of the change must be filed. For example, changes to board members, the address or the articles of association must be notified to the register so that the information stays up to date. A processing fee is charged for notifications.
