We record the months or years that were never booked and correct earlier wrong entries. Your bookkeeping is brought up to date and the missing returns are filed.
Catch-up bookkeeping means bookkeeping that has not been done for one or more months, or even for a whole financial year. This is common, for example, when a business is just starting out or when the accountant has changed.
Overdue bookkeeping is not just paperwork: without it, VAT returns (ALV-ilmoitus), the tax return (veroilmoitus) and the financial statements (tilinpäätös) cannot be completed correctly. For late returns, the Finnish Tax Administration (Verohallinto) may impose late-filing penalties or assess the tax itself.
Correcting the accounts means that earlier entries are checked and any errors are put right. If returns that have already been filed need to change, they are corrected in line with the Finnish Tax Administration's instructions.
Who is the service for? For businesses whose bookkeeping has fallen behind, or where errors are suspected in earlier entries.
